6. Námafjall Mountain / Hverir / Hverarönd

The hot spring area named Hverir, east of Mt. Námafjall, is one of the high temperature areas in Iceland. Please stay on the track and do not cross the lines indicating the trail. People have sustained serious burns by going over the lines and too close to the boiling soil.
